Amanda has spent her entire professional career in the alternative investment industry and has 15+ years of experience on both the broker/dealer and sponsor side of the business. Prior to Timbrel, she was Managing Partner, National Accounts for Evolv Capital. Prior to joining Evolv Capital Partners, Amanda served as Vice President, Due Diligence Officer at Triad Advisors, Inc. where she was responsible for leading the initial and ongoing due diligence efforts of alternative investments, including non-traded REITs and BDCs, real estate limited partnerships, public and private energy programs, DST investments, closed end funds, and private equity offerings, among others. Amanda has also held various marketing and due diligence roles for product sponsors in the alternative investment space. She is an active member of the Investment Program Association (IPA) where she has served on the Due Diligence Committee and is a founding member of the Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) Committee, and is also an active member of Financial Services Institute (FSI). She was the 2017 chairperson of the IPA Broker/Dealer Advocacy Committee and the FSI Due Diligence Committee.
Amanda earned her undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems and International Business from Mercer University in 2002 and her MBA in Business Analysis from Georgia State University in 2007. She holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations and has passed Level I of the CFA exam.
